Comments

The Rosso Toscana is a good alternative to Chianti Classico. Basically it is made with the same bland of grape but using the SANGIOVESE GROSSO instead of the regular Sangiovese used for the Chianti.

Sangiovese Grosso is a unique clone that has much thicker skins and provides more complex and elegant wine like Vino Nobile and Brunello di Montlcino.

It can be released for sale the year following the harvest after 6/8 months of ageing in oak barrels. Minimum alcoholic content 12,5%
